Hood Snug is both a garment and a brand.
The garment itself is a hybrid, part hoodie, part scarf, part poncho crafted for comfort and styled for the street.
Each piece blends warmth, drape, and design influence from Y2K and streetwear culture, creating a silhouette that’s as expressive as it is cozy.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times are:
- IAustralia: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Yes, full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, email support@hoodsnug.com with your order number and details.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates or contact details.
If you notice an error right after checkout, contact support@hoodsnug.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.
After an order has been submitted, it can’t be cancelled.
If you change your mind, you can request a return once you receive your order.
The Hood Snug is one size fits most, designed with an oversized, relaxed silhouette.
It comfortably fits sizes M–XL and is meant to drape naturally over the shoulders.
Dimensions: 205 cm span (flap to flap), 31 cm length over centre back flap.
Spot clean where possible.
If washing is needed, use cold hand wash (recommended) lay flat to dry, and avoid tumble drying or harsh chemicals.
Do not bleach or iron directly over embroidered areas.
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
