The fine print, minus the fluff. Here’s how we handle shipping, returns, and everything in between.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
All orders are packed and dispatched from Brisbane, Australia.
Delivery Timeframes:
Australia: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delays can occur due to customs or postal issues outside our control, we’ll always do our best to assist.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free domestic shipping may apply during selected promotions.
We want you to love your Hood Snug.
If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange any full-priced item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- No marks, stains, or odours.
You can choose:
- A refund for the product amount (excluding shipping costs), or
- A store credit with no expiry date, or
- An exchange for another size or style (if available).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the
item is faulty or incorrect.
To start your return, email support@hoodsnug.com with your order number and details.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hoodsnug.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Items damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible for refund or replacement.
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless faulty.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and shipped as soon as stock arrives.
Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page and may vary slightly depending on production and logistics.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Hood Snug is not responsible for these charges, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
